Mental Health Awareness Week - Stress Management

Mental Health has been at the forefront of many conversations over the last year, and as we begin to navigate ourselves out of another lockdown it is important not to let these conversations fall by the wayside, we must continue to take care of our bodies and our minds on a regular basis.

A recent survey commissioned by the Mental Health Foundation revealed a staggering statistic that 74% of adults in the UK have at some point over the past year endured stress to the point they felt overwhelmed or unable to cope.

As another lockdown lifts so might your mood but in order to maintain a healthy mind in the long run there are a few things you can do.
